Who is Tim Claes?

Tim Claes is currently working at RealDolmen as Business Strategy Manager for Enterprise Solutions. RealDolmen is the largest independent ICT integrator in Belgium, assisting customers in making their ICT work for their business. Enterprise Solutions is one of the five divisions at RealDolmen combining the following solution domains:

• CRM – Customer Relationship Management
• BI – Business Intelligence
• MDM – Master Data Management
• ECM – Enterprise Content Management
• WCM – Web Content Management
• GIS – Geographical Information Systems

As Business Strategy Manager Tim Claes holds P&L responsibility for Enterprise Solutions and is responsible for creating the overall vision and translating the strategic themes into actionable go-to-market plans.
